This is a motion for a preliminary injunction in an action for an injunction and damages.

The plaintiff is a foreign corporation engaged in business as a dealer in lumber, with its principal offices in Brooklyn. It has over $200,000 invested in its business and its annual sales exceed $600,000, of which over $500,000 are made in export trade to consignees in foreign countries. The plaintiff in all its sales contracts to deliver lumber at a point designated by the purchaser and trucks the lumber by its regularly employed chauffeurs and teamsters.
