OPINION

TAURO, District Judge.

The plaintiff is a California citizen who as an individual and as a trustee controls a substantial interest in a number of movie theatre companies which are defendants in this case.

The corporate defendants have a complex relationship of ownership and control. 1 For the purposes of this memorandum, it is sufficient to note that all the corporations are principally in the business of owning, operating and managing movie theatres.
