MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
BLOCK, District Judge.
Plaintiff Jack Feiwus (“Feiwus”), represented by counsel, moved for the dissolution of Genpar, Inc. (“Genpar”) and Abing-don Management, and the appointment of a receiver, or alternatively, for the Court to compel defendants Jerome Josefson, Joseph Margolis, Renee Operman and Jacob Hirsch (collectively, the “individual defendants”) to buy Feiwus’s minority interest in Genpar.
