MEMORANDUM OPINION
This matter comes before the Court on the motion of ColeMichael Investments, L.L.C. (“ColeMichael”) for judgment on the pleadings against the debtor, Barry E. Burke, (“Burke”) on the complaint filed by ColeMichael. The complaint seeks a finding that the debt reflected by a default judgment entered by the District Court of Dallas County, Texas, is not dischargeable under 11 U.S.C. § 528(a)(2)(A), (a)(4), and (a)(6).
