{¶ 1} Respondent, Virginia Mary Barborak of Lisbon, Ohio, Attorney Registration No. 0068601, was admitted to the practice of law in Ohio in 1997.

{¶ 2} In a second amended complaint filed with the Board of Professional Conduct on July 20, 2015, relator, Columbiana County Bar Association, alleged that Barborak violated multiple professional-conduct rules in four separate probate matters.
