{¶ 1} Respondent, Dale Elmer Bricker of Youngstown, Ohio, Attorney Registration No. 0004922, was admitted to the practice of law in Ohio in 1961. On December 3, 2007, we suspended Bricker’s license to practice law for his failure to register as an attorney for the 2007 to 2009 biennium.
