Appellant, Leon C. Fearnow, appeals from a judgment entered by the Circuit Court for Washington County granting the motion for summary judgment of appellee, Chesapeake & Potomac Telephone Company of Maryland (C & P), as to liability under the doctrine of respondeat superior.
