This appeal arises from an action brought to recover damages under a manufacturers’ and contractors’ schedule liability policy which had been issued by the defendant, The Hanover Insurance Group, to the plaintiff’s decedent, covering the period from March 27, 1961, to March 27, 1964. In 1963, the plaintiff was conducting her deceased husband’s scrap iron and metal business. She contracted with the Hamilton Industrial Center, hereinafter the Center, to remove certain items from the two-story brick building which was the “boiler room” of the Center, so that new boilers could be installed.
