Plaintiff appeals from a judgment in an action for declaratory relief wherein the plaintiff sought a determination of the rights and obligations of the parties under a comprehensive personal liability endorsement in a comprehensive general automobile liability policy issued by defendant insurer to plaintiff and in effect at the time of the incident involved. The complaint alleges that one Robert J.
