Following denials of his application for disability insurance benefits, Plaintiff Ronnie D. Keeton appeared and testified at' a hearing before an administrative law judge (“ALJ”), who denied Plaintiffs claim. Plaintiff appealed that decision to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. The district court affirmed the ALJ’s decision, finding that Plaintiff was not disabled and not entitled to benefits under the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 301, et seq.
