Beldon Roofing Company appeals the district court’s order denying its motion to compel'arbitration pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act (FAA). See generally 9 U.S.C. §§ 1-16 (West, Westlaw through P.L. 113-296). By one issue, Beldon contends that it has the legal right to arbitrate pursuant to its original contract. We affirm. ■
