A party may not appeal an interlocutory order unless authorized by statute. Cherokee Water Co. v. Ross, 698 S.W.2d 363, 365 (Tex.1985) (per curiam). Section 51.014(a)(3) of the Texas Civil Practice and *353Remedies Code allows a party to appeal an interlocutory order that certifies or refuses to certify a class action. Tex. Civ.
