Tbe questions presented by tbis appeal relate principally to tbe court’s instructions to tbe jury on tbe burden of proof, and to tbe court’s rulings as to tbe admission of testimony, to wbicb exceptions were noted.

Appellant contends that tbe court erred in charging the jury that the burden of proof as to the determinative issue of defendant’s liability for double indemnity, upon the pleadings in the case, was upon the defendant.
