MEMORANDUM DECISION

REBECCA B. CONNELLY, Bankruptcy Judge.

Lisa Knight is a creditor of the debtor in this case. Ms. Knight filed this adversary proceeding to determine whether her debt is excepted from discharge under Bankruptcy Code section 523(a)(6). The parties stipulated to the facts1 and submitted briefs. Both sides waived oral argument and the Court took the matter under advisement.
