The first count of the declaration sets out the bond (including the power of attorney) according to its legal effect, •and alleges that by virtue thereof, Joseph Partridge, Jr., became the financial agent of plaintiffs, and so continued from August 10, 1892, to January 1, 1898, during which time he received of the property of the plaintiffs, Mary S. Stevens and Julia B. Campbell, the sum of $90,000, consisting of money, stocks, bonds, notes, mortgages and other choses in action; and that he also received as rents of real estate…
