William F. Groves appeals from an order of the Superior Court confirming an arbitration award which denied him recovery pursuant to the underinsured motorist provision of his motorcycle insurance policy. He contends that the award is erroneous on its face and that the arbitrators refused to hear evidence pertinent and material to the controversy.
