Appellant assigns error to the trial court’s failure to grant its application to vacate an arbitration award. Appellant contends, primarily, that it had been prejudiced by the failure of the arbitrator to disclose that he and one of respondent’s counsel were both members of the Board of Governors of the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association.
