WISDOM, Circuit Judge:
This ease arises upon a petition to review an order issued by the Federal Trade Commission directing petitioners Lester S. Cotherman and William F. Sullivan to cease and desist from deceptive advertising and unfair lending practices in violation of section 5 of the Federal Trade Commission Act, 15 U.S.C. § 45.1 The petitioners do not challenge the Commission’s substantive findings; they challenge the Commission’s jurisdiction to issue the order and the breadth of the order.
