Dawn Shanefelter (“plaintiff’) commenced this action in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County against United States Steel Corporation (“U.S. Steel”), United Steelworkers Union (“Union”), Local Union 2227, Edward McGough, Richard Pastore, Joseph Balias, Ross McClellan, Jr., John Guy, David Novak and Jan Finnegan (collectively “defendants”) asserting breach of contract, intentional misrepresentation, civil conspiracy, intentional interference with contractual relationship, intentional infliction of emotional distress and retaliation claims.…
