The defendant in error moves to dismiss this case from this court, upon the ground that it was not brought to this court within one year after the rendition of the judgment and the making of the final order complained of by the plaintiffs in error. It appears that the final judgment in the case was rendered on November 21, 1881. A motion was made for a new trial on November 23, 1881.
