C. M. Menderson, hereinafter called plaintiff, brought suit against the City of Phoenix, a municipal corporation, and various and sundry of its officers, hereinafter called defendants, seeking an injunction preventing defendants from operating a municipal bus line within the corporate limits of the City of Phoenix.
