The plaintiff, a Connecticut corporation without capital stock, brought this action against the defendant, a corporation having its principal office in St. Louis, Missouri, and legally registered as a foreign corporation doing business in this state, seeking a declaratory judgment as to whether the defendant was practicing architecture without a license in violation of chapter 390 of the G-eneral Statutes, and for an injunction restraining the defendant from such practice.
