This is an original petition for a new trial in a suit iu the Hartford municipal court, in which Demasso was plaintiff and Falzarano defendant. The hearing was on a motion to dismiss. The ground of the petition is the loss of the benefit of exceptions taken at the trial, owing to the failure of the court seasonably to make and file findings of-fact.
