MEMORANDUM OPINION

ELLIS, District Judge.

This pro se habeas petition pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2241 is the latest chapter in the saga of an inadmissible alien’s determined effort to avoid both removal and detention pending removal. He mistakenly believes he has hit upon the formula for doing so: first, to take actions that frustrate and delay his removal and then to complain that the delay in his removal warrants his release under Zadvydas.
