Appellant, Aviation Supply Corporation (ASC), appeals the judgment of the trial court quashing its garnishment of defendant Ross Barber’s Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs).

Underlying this action is a judgment which was entered on January 29, 1992, in the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri, Western Division, in Aviation Supply Corporation v. R.S.B.I. Aerospace, Inc. (R.S.B.I.) and Mr. Ross Barber.
