Appellee filed a claim against the estate of her deceased husband. The trial court found that she was entitled to recover from the executor certain bonds of the face value of $14,000, with the further sum of $2,000 in money, and rendered judgment accordingly. Overruling the motion for a new trial is the only error assigned.
