This is an appeal from a judgment on a general finding for the appellee and that she recover 89,240 on her amended claim against the appellant. The error assigned on this appeal is the overruling of the motion for new trial, which as causes therefor alleged that the decision of the court was not sustained by sufficient evidence, and was contrary to law.
