This cause comes before this Court on a motion to dismiss and incorporated memorandum in support filed by Defendants, Michael Chertoff, et al., (Docket No. 10), a memorandum in opposition filed by Plaintiff, Mohammad Eldeeb (“Eldeeb”) (Dock et No. 11), and a reply brief in support of motion to dismiss filed by Defendants, (Docket No. 16).
