This case involves a dispute between two neighbors in rural Montrose County over ditch rights and delivery of irrigation water. Plaintiffs, John Mark Strole and Virginia Strole, appeal from the trial court's judgment denying them access to a water delivery ditch on the property of defendants, Gary L. Guymon and Lucinda Kemmis (Guymons), and ruling that the Stroles have no right to continued water rotation with the Guymons.
