I. INTRODUCTION
A.I.B. Express, Inc. (“AIB”) is suing Federal Express Corporation and its parent, FedEx Corporation (collectively, “FedEx”), alleging federal antitrust claims as well as state law claims for misappropria tion of trade secrets, unfair competition, breach of the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing, and tortious interference with business relations and contractual relations. FedEx now moves for judgment on the pleadings under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(c).
