John Duda filed a complaint against his employer, the Board of Education of Franklin Park Public School District No. 84 (“School District”), and certain administrative and custodial employees of the School District. The complaint alleged violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”) and, pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983, violations of his constitutional right to privacy.
