FRIEDMAN, Senior Circuit Judge.

Compañía Productora Semillas Algodoner-as Selectas, S.A. (COPSA), appeals a default judgment against it, entered in favor of the appellee Northrup Company by the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota. ** COPSA, a Spanish corporation, contends that the district court erred in denying its motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction and for insufficiency of process and service of process. We affirm.
