The facts, so far as material, are stated in the opinion. Plaintiff did not represent conflicting interests and all parties in interest were informed that he was defendant’s attorney.

The plaintiff in this action is an attorney and counselor at law, and he Sues to recover for pro- . fessional services performed by him for the defendant at her request. The answer in the action is a general denial. In the trial court the plaintiff recovered a judgment. The Appellate Division reversed the judgment and dismissed the plaintiff’s complaint.
