This action was instituted by the plaintiff as administrator of the estate of Adam C. Dehning, deceased,- to recover damages alleged to have been sustained through the death of the son of plaintiff, who lost his life while in. the employ of the defendant, and, it is further claimed,, through the negligence of defendant.
