OP ALA, Justice.
We are asked to decide today whether the evidentiary material tendered by defendants to support the trial court’s summary judgment in their favor provides undisputed proof of: 1) plaintiffs status as a licensee when she was injured in a fall upon defendants’ premises, and 2) the open and obvious character of the premises’ defect, which the defendants urge. We answer in the negative.
