This appeal is from a decree of the Circuit Court for Caroline County dismissing a bill of complaint brought by a creditor of the grantors of two deeds in an effort to set them aside on the ground they were fraudulent as to the complainants as subsisting creditors of the grantors. The deeds conveyed two farms in Caroline County, a 72 acre farm to one son of the grantors and a 132 acre farm to the other.
