The appeal in this case is from a decree of the Circuit Court for Washington County, in equity, dismissing a bill filed by the appellant, as plaintiff below, to set aside a mortgage from the appellees, Samuel and Abraham Shockey, to their sisfers Susan and Ida Shockey. The mortgage was alleged to have been made for the purpose of hindering, delaying and defrauding the appellant, as a creditor of the mortgagors, with the knowledge and participation of the mortgagees.
