MEMORANDUM

NANGLE, Chief Judge.

This ease is now before this Court on plaintiffs motion for summary judgment or, in the alternative, to remand this case to the arbitration board for clarification of the arbitrator’s award. Defendant also moved for summary judgment or to dismiss plaintiff’s complaint. Because it is the opinion of this Court that the arbitration award in question is patently ambiguous and that remand is not necessary, this Court grants plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment and denies defendant’s motions.
