This case arose from a dispute between union and management trustees of the Iron Workers Local No. 272 Annuity Fund, which is one of three Local 272 fringe benefit funds jointly administered by the same *1257union and management trustees pursuant to section 302(c)(5) of the Labor Management Relations Act (“LMRA”), 29 U.S.C. § 186(c)(5).
