North Central Oil Corporation (“North Central”), the plaintiff below and appellant here, appeals from take-nothing summary judgments rendered in favor of The Louisiana Land and Exploration Company (“LL & E”), and W.A. Moncrief, Jr. and Moncrief Partners, L.P. (“Moncrief’), the defendants below and appellees here.
