This case involves the adjudication of the parties’ interests in certain oil and gas leases located on six sections of land in Pecos County, Texas. We must determine the effect that a letter agreement, dated November 15, 1966 (hereinafter referred to as “the November 15, 1966, letter agreement”), had upon the respective interests in those leases.
