Honeywell International Corporation (“Honeywell”) appeals from the final determination of the United States International Trade Commission (“Commission”) in Investigation No. 337-TA-457, which held that Hyosung Corporation of Seoul, Korea, and Hyosung (America), Incorporated (collectively “Hyosung”) did not violate section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930.
