The single question presented by this record is whether or not the property of the above lodge is exempt from municipal taxes under the constitution and laws of the tion therefrom; the answer and cross bill of the municipality are for the year 1910, and amount to $1,609.50 and interest thereon at six per cent, from December 14, 1910.
