This is a bill by the Nashville and Knoxville. Railroad Company against' Wilson County and her revenue officers, to restrain the collection of taxes.

On October 3, 1886, the County Court of Wilson County, in quarterly session assembled, passed a resolution whereby it agreed to release from taxation for county purposes all the property of the complainant, then or thereafter in that county, *599for the period of fifteen years, beginning with January 1, 1887.
