OPINION
HAMILTON, Circuit Judge:
Cedric Lewis (Lewis) appeals his conviction for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute and to distribute cocaine. 1 See 21 U.S.C.A. §§ 841(a)(1), 846 (West 1981 & Supp.1994). The district court sentenced him to a term of thirty-three months’ imprisonment and five years supervised release.
