KING, Circuit Judge:
Defendant-Appellant Orlando Cordia Hall challenges his conviction and sentence for kidnapping resulting in death, conspiring to kidnap, traveling in interstate commerce to promote possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, and using and carrying a fire arm during a crime of violence. For the reasons set forth below, we affirm.
