The appellant filed his petition in the Court of Common Pleas against the appellee, Clarence I. McAllister, and one Prank L. Misheff, wherein he sought to recover from the two defendants an .amount claimed to have been suffered by him for expenses, hospital care, medical attention, nursing and doss of services of his minor son, who had been severely injured as the result of the claimed concurrent negli.gence of the two defendants.
