This case first came to us on an appeal from an award of the workmen’s compensation commission granting plaintiff $21 per week until further order of the commission as compensation under part 2 of the compensation- act, 2 Comp. Laws 1929, § 8417 et seq., as amended by Act No. 245, Pub. Acts 1943 (Comp. Laws Supp. 1945, § 8417 et seq., Stat. Ann. and Stat. Ann. 1947 Cum. Supp. § 17.151 et seq.). In that appeal, Samels v.
