On 2 November 1984, appellant was tried by a general court-martial composed of officer and enlisted members at Fort Wainwright, Alaska. He was convicted, pursuant to his pleas, of assault with a dangerous weapon, violation of a regulation, and communicating threats in violation of Articles 128, 92, and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 928, 892, and 934 (1982), respectively.
