OPINION OF THE COURT

RABY, Senior Judge:

Appellant was convicted of three separate offenses of wrongful appropriation, in violation of Article 121, Uniform Code of Military Justice [hereinafter UCMJ], 10 U.S.C. § 921 (1982).

On 15 January 1985, a panel of officer members sentenced appellant to a bad-conduct discharge, confinement for five months, forfeiture of $350.00 pay per month for five months, and reduction to Private E-l. On 28 January 1985, appellant filed a Petition for Extraordinary Relief in the nature of a Writ of Habeas Corpus with this court. This court elected to defer ruling on…
